Try using as prevention, not as a cure. It’s never worked as a cure for me. But I will take it along with antibiotics if I do get one (which is very rare now). I take 500mg 2x a day as prevention AND I will take 2g (4 pills) after sex to flush any bacteria out. I’m not a doctor, but it’s what I have found works for…
