I'm not so worried about it being outdated... I mean, there really isn't any other game that'll set a new standard beyond this one.

I want to disagree, but I also sort of feel this is never going to reach the potential of Roberts' original vision. I just see it getting bloated, with a lot of stuff that just isn't as good as it could have been had they concentrated on a core game experience.
That doesn't make it sound any less like he was having a stroke. It just makes his ramblings more contextual.
Woops, replied to the wrong post!
We all knew it, but holy shit Glenn Beck is one stupid, stupid man.
Goddamnit, LA doesn't need or deserve the Clippers. Bring them back to San Diego and give them the chance to play here that Donald Sterling never did.
Some honestly awesome Star Wars games. Seriously. I know it won't happen. It just won't. but what if Disney canceled that web based starfighter game because they knew it'd be overshadowed by a new X-Wing/TIE-Fighter game? Or maybe something along the lines of Freelancer/Privateer in the Star Wars universe? Or hell,…
It's absolutely insane to me that LucasArts (and now Disney) are completely unable to figure out what everyone wants. Battlefront 3 is a great step in the right direction, but people are not begging for cheap browser based games or phone apps. Excitement for a potential open world game was quite high before 1313 was…
lol I love his reaction so much. It's perfect.
Seriously. Jay Mohr is, simply put, f*king awful. It's not just that I don't like his schtick, either. He's just flat out a terrible sports radio host.
Mitch Williams sounds awful. Plus he's awful on MLBN. Hopefully this leads to him getting released by the network.
It's part of an annoying trend. They ask people to take "selfies" with them instead of asking someone else to take a picture of them. It's still very much a "selfie," but with an extra layer of idiocy because there is undoubtedly someone around to operate the camera normally for them.
I appreciate the explanation... but that doesn't really make it sound any better. I mean, can I not just log into a cloud based account with all that info instead of carrying a stupid figure around? It seems a better use of this sort of thing would be to store the information in a controller... That way what I'm…
I seriously don't understand this type of game. It seems insanely gimmicky to sell figures that simply unlock parts of a game you've already purchased or act as like... DLC or whatever? I don't know. I don't get it.
Are you looking at me or the vending machine?
No idea how this guy has any kind of radio gig. I live on the west coast, and I'd barely ever heard of him before he started his show on MLB network. I tuned in for all of 5 minutes and had had enough. He is SO goddamn annoying. His voice, (as in his tone, his accent, his volume... EVERYTHING about it) is…
Huh. I grew up in the 90s in suburban San Diego, and I knew several kids that were held back a grade to be more competitive in baseball. I just sort of assumed there'd be a segment of ridiculous parents in most competitive sports communities doing the same sort of thing...
Jesus christ that would make me angry if I were another player on that team. Hell, if I was playing pickup ball with a guy doin that BS I'd be pissed. It's one thing if you're bad. It's another if you aren't even trying.
I don't know if it looked terrible, but it definitely looked early in development. There are some very pretty looking effects, but it doesn't feel solid or complete. I have to assume all the sound effects are placeholders, and that a lot of the stuff seen here will be refined.
