I agree on this. Dawson’s portrayal seems to key largely off of Ahsoka’s solemn final appearance in the Rebels finale, which was years after the bulk of her time on Rebels and even further removed from her time on Clone Wars. I haven’t perceived any dissonance with her portrayal vs Eckstein’s. Rather, it feels more

I know animation isn’t for everyone, but Rebels was truly some of the best Star Wars content that’s ever been released to TV/film. Ahsoka, in particular, is one of my all time favorite characters. As a 40 year old hard core fan of the original trilogy and 90s era EU who has decidedly not been a fan of much of Disney’s

I feel like a pure, unadulterated “I absolutely love Strange New Worlds” comment has a place here, at the end of the show’s second season. This is the first time I’ve truly felt like a kid watching Star Trek since the end of Voyager. I am so happy to have it back in a form like this.

Now playing

Is there a reason you didn’t link to the actual speech? Odd to talk so much about it and not let us watch it ourselves...

This will almost certainly be Gandalf...

With a new owner, San Diego would welcome them back with open arms. We loved that team, and Dean Spanos ripped them away from us and the NFL just watched it happen. Now, nearly everyone that loved that team will ignore them at best and despise them at worst until Dean Spanos sells. He ruined that franchise.

I won’t say this was bound to happen sooner or later, but Tom Werner did lead the charge to absolutely eviscerate the Padres roster in 92/93. Benito Santiago, Gary Sheffield, Fred McGriff, Bruce Hurst, Darrin Jackson, and a bunch of others, all in the name of salary relief.

That speaks to the Indians impatience to get his bat into the lineup as much as anything. A position change would certainly have helped the Indians, but if the kid wants to stick behind the plate I wouldn’t hold that against him.

Wrong Austin ;-)

Oh please, please dig up some ish on Mike Dee. What a f*cking slimeball.

As a former Chargers and former football fanatic, trust me when I say that you won’t miss it. I played baseball on Sundays this fall instead of spending them glued to my television watching men destroy each other and themselves. It was a dramatically more fulfilling experience. You don’t have to spend your Sundays

Hedges absolutely give Rizzo a line on the plate. When you watch the replay, Rizzo cuts up the line and inside the dish to launch himself directly into Hedges, knees first. Hedges even reaches to his left after catching the ball, directing ball and glove over the lane Rizzo *should* have taken. I don’t think Rizzo is

Hey, it sure is fun to lambast a team for spending no money! Especially when you can also dismiss their long term strategyas ultimately a ploy to still be cheap!

Horns should be used in ALL music, not just pop music. I’m a sucker for anything with brass in it!

It seems everyone agrees that Chris Harris is easily the best thing in the new Top Gear. For my tastes, Rory is up there, too. Some of his takes were a bit dodgy, but he has a natural enthusiasm that plays wonderfully on camera. I’d have liked to have seen those two have more opportunities to play off each other.

Thank you for posting this. I hope that all AAA development teams put as much effort into making their games accessible as Naughty Dog seems to have put into Uncharted.

Reconcile is my auto-blank word, too. Every time. Normally I’d say I have no idea why, but now I do!

This was an absolute de-light to read. Unlike with how I’m sure I’ll feel about the movie, I didn’t want this review to end!

The Padres did this a couple years ago. 2 pitches, 1 swing, no bunts. Super lame.
