When I was a student, parked outside my student house, I once went out to my car to find that somebody had stolen the rear windscreen wiper and left a different sized, knackered one in its place. They didn’t even bother to attach it. Another time, about a mile away but in the same car, somebody stole the driver’s side

Is he called Taibbi or Tiabbi?

My favourite is “the left doesn’t care about x” while citing left-leaning news outlets.

I doubt he had any sort of plan for reconstruction afterwards, who wants to think about that boring crap?

Was anybody else disappointed that the suspect’s eventual car crash wasn’t caused by somebody else shining a laser pointer in his eyes?

Even the laser on my £9 IR thermometer reflecting off a metal surface knackers my eyesight for about 15 minutes.

the first in a loooong and disappointing line of people we love unexpectedly having these stories.

I actually like how Engine Masters work their product placements into the vids. They’re honest about it being a placement, they actually have slightly useful information in them (not just “Buy this shit!”) and they’ve sort of turned it into a running gag.

It’s bodied in wood, and as you can see in the photos above, the roll cage is made out of PVC pipe.

Just like stopping to help somebody on the road, park after the vehicle you’re helping so that it acts as a buffer.

My normal car insurance in the UK explicitly excludes coverage for driving on the Ring. It literally names it in the policy exclusions.

overfamiliarity?

Fingers crossed:

In the UK it would’ve been the kid’s fault for getting himself run over as the lorry has right of way and the driver is only obliged to be more cautious around school busses.

Yay, it’s dataset Top Trumps.

Law grad... never practised... blogger... ostentatiously right-wing... could’ve been Mike Cernovich, lol.

We have nukes and an oversized military, apparently that makes us l33t or something. Anyway, yeah, there genuinely are Brits that are still in the Rule Britannia mindset as the empire lingered on until the 60s with a few random islands still part of it til the 70s and 80s so it’s still within living memory. WW2 killed

Be glad she didn’t find Happy Tree Friends.
