Man I’m insanely jealous. Can’t believe you got to see an early screening of Episode IX!

People keep making this point under the assumption that a World Series game was attended exclusively by people who live within 20 minutes of the stadium. I live on the VA/NC border and have friends who drove five hours to go to game 4. It’s not just DC natives.
The back side is DEFINITELY a belly button and vagina.
Excuse my ignorance, but what’s going on with his head in that picture up there?
It was abrupt for sure, but Eris explains it once you get back: basically they wanted you to pick up whatever the artifact is and bring it back with you. Presumably whatever is controlling the Pyramid sent you back to Sanctuary after the conversation.
I really don’t understand where you’re coming from. Mill is a legitimate strategy. What’s dishonorable about it? It really sounds to me like someone played a game in a way that didn’t conform with your expectations and you were so upset about it you had to write an article. It’s not an illegitimate strategy, as…
While that was true of Destiny 2 in year 1, there is no shortage of content now. I get to play about 3 hours on weekdays, more on weekends, and I never run out of relevant stuff to do before weekly reset.
It was the cap before Shadowkeep came out and I guess they just kept for consistency. Think of it more as they just went ahead and boosted everyone to 750 instead of starting them at 0.
You still get access to a lot of stuff even without putting down money for the two big expansions. I’d say download and play around; do some strikes or Crucible and see if you like it. If you do, go ahead and buy them. I think you can even skip Forsaken if you wanted to save money because nothing in it is really…
How many seconds in eternity?
Seems like it has to do with the fact that Barriss was the one who actually called it in.
The more I see of this game the more I think Kojima having someone over his shoulder to check his worst excesses was a good thing.
Pewdiepie wears a swastika armband: “Don’t you guys know that’s a Buddhist symbol for good luck? Geez and you call us the Nazis!”
Movie bad, book good
Minish Cap I just never got around to and there’s no good way to play it now other than emulators. Skyward Sword I just couldn't bring myself to get through the tutorial. It dragged on forever and I got bored and never got back around to it.
Disappointing, but it’s nice to hear the rest of the game is great. I was mainly interested because Link’s Awakening is one of three Zelda games I’ve never put any significant time into (Minish Cap and Skyward Sword are the others), so chamber dungeons were just icing.
Hard disagree. This looks great and I’m glad they’re taking a risk and making it fresh. I’m really looking forward to it.
This continues to look impressive and I’m super looking forward to it, but part of me wishes they would also do a simple remaster with some of the features from the VIII and XII remasters. I would happily spend money on both if they existed.
I had a very good friend in college who was a big Phillies fan. The year they won the World Series was our junior year. My team didn’t even make the playoffs that year so I decided to root hard for the Phillies to support him. When they won he was obviously super pumped and I made the mistake of saying “We won!” just…
I feel like I read a few years ago that it was Philip K. Dick, but I also remember thinking there was no way that was true.
