Truth. There is a very large difference between a ring of power and THE ring of power.

The three Elvish rings were made by Celebrimbor himself, unknown to Sauron. The others (minus the One) were made by the smiths overseen by Celebrimbor at the behest of Sauron in his "fair gift giver" form.

I would never go into any LotR game expecting to fight Sauron because it's just not plausible. Hell, even Peter Jackson decided that having Aragorn fight Sauron at the end of Return of the King was a terrible idea.

There's no reason to do it at level 20. Do it at 12 so you still get the Heroic modifier, but you can one shot everything. You should be getting 20-30 kills per death.
