I don't think they care. I work in a totally different industry but we constantly just let our customers have free shit rather then lose their business. For some customer it makes sense but for some we would be better off with out them.

I think the issue with Lyme is not that the initial infection doesn’t exist but that chronic Lyme doesn’t exist.
