I'm not trying to be an internet diagnoser but I had a really hard time with writing because I had dyspraxia. Writing made my hands hurt so I just avoided doing it. Later in high school and college it wasn't as much of an issue since typing doesn't bother me as much. I also liked typing better because I have a hard

I would have loved to get under the table as a kid. My mom always made sure I was on the inside of the booth because sometimes other people and noise were just too much for me. When I was done eating I was allowed to hide under her coat.

If you're a parent who has a passive/docile kid who immediately responds exactly the way you want him to, congrats but some kids, even with the best intentions on Earth do not respond to anything but a quick pat on the ass or the "look".

Mine would be Frostie Constitution. My husband's is Duke Dare which is pretty awesome.

No one in my father in laws family came to our wedding, or sent back their RSVPs or acknowledged our wedding in any way shape or form. This included my father in laws mother and brother. His family sucks.

I agree with you but I think Heifer does a far better job at creating long lasting economic security for people in poverty than any of these rescue brands. I'd rather just give my money to them then buy pajama pants.

Also they are shit at raising money. They had a Gala that where they spent $47K and brought in $102K so they only netted $38K .

So I looked at their 990 for 2012. They gave about $8200 in grants to 5 people and had $23,600 in operating expenses in India. There is a salary line under "program services expenses" that may be that salary paid to people in India but I'm not sure. It's $185,302 and they say they have 125 participants so that works

I would like to know that as well. I wouldn't be surprised if the costs of US operations for this company eat up most of the revenue before it can be given to the people they are "helping".

When I was growing up we got these store brand knock off oreos with one chocolate cookie and one golden cookie.

I agree - I feel like I was raised and am now middle class. It's seems like by some other peoples definitions on her I fall anywhere along the range.

I would be pissed if someone said I was spoiled because my parents paid for me to go to college. I am lucky and grateful they could and know that it only happened because of incredibly hard work on my Mom's part. It's not a communication difference her SIL knows she's putting her down by calling her spoiled.

My husband is the same way.

False. Cookie Puss is the best cake ever, the end.

My husband's birthday is 12/22 he always asks for ice cream cake , specifically Cookie Puss which you have to go to an actual Carvel store to get. It's because his mom would never get him one and make German chocolate which he hates when his brother whose birthday is in August always got ice cream cake.

The only reason I avoid them is that they make my hair dry, I wasn't even aware they were part of cancer scaremongering.

I'm like you and my husband is always offering an arm or hand to me in any situation where I may need it, like getting out of a car, opening a door, walking up or down steps ect. Anyone I hang out with a lot ends up doing this too after they've seen me go down a couple times. I just consider it a nice person thing not

I know someone who did this, she's divorced now with 2 kids and HATES her ex so much we can't even mention is name around her.

Wait - has she already had 2 baby showers and is having a 3rd and wants you to plan a 4th? That's fucked up. Asking someone else to throw a party for you is fucked up but wanting a 4th when you already had 3 is extra fucked up.

I thought all the additional testing showed that there were no toxins in the plants in the area and no mold on the seeds he had.
