honestly think his two appearance on Dinner for Five are my favourite things he’s ever done. So charming and funny. His Mitchum story is amazing.

it’s a reference to the 60's comic: in Marvels first Captain Marvel comic, he wears a green and white costume that has a planet design on the chest, not a star. He was a Kree soldier then, and when he went “freelance” his costume changed. Looks like they’re making a subtle call-back to that. (Carol Danvers’ costume…
he needs to get back to drawing - but two large caveats: pencil’s only (he’s still a great layout man, but was never a great inker); and get a good writer and/or editor.
do you think he meant it, though?
what was the eventual official running time? I have an over/under going.
christ... good luck with that whole thing that you got going on there.
you’re welcome! (But don’t look up the John Byrne Star Trek comics - I don’t want that on my conscience)
sad thing is, he was actually pretty good before he started swiping, but now... Apart from the moral dodgyness, it just makes his work look like bad fumetti. (See also: Byrne, John - Star Trek “comics”)
nope - he just fudged the timetables so it looked like they where running on time. Hydra probably did the same.
nah, you’re thinking of Greg Land.
“men and women can’t be friends.”
smart move, Greg.
and now I want to see a mash-up of When Harry Met Sally and Glengarry Glen Ross.
Em got dumped by Ken when he ran off with H B-C, but I think she did alright in the end... (I think they’re still together, aren’t they?)
dood, read some of the other comments: Obama was invited, but he had already committed to the McCain funeral. No-one else seems upset that the question was asked, so stop trying to pick a fight over nothing.
“12:10 p.m.: Former President, William (Bill) Jefferson Clinton”
“unsung Marvel Comics legend” is a bit redundant - most of them where unsung, outside the credit box.
wait - no Obama?
nice Frank Miller burn, there. The implied infamously-enormous cocaine addiction was nicely played.
saw one of his shows about a dozen years ago and it was as good as Button-downed Mind. Brilliant show.
