I loved this line and line reading so much that I captured it and posted it on my blog. Enjoy.

Indeed. To quote from another favorite show. The desire to be grimdark will need to be addressed. The “Game of Thrones in Space” vibe or or any of those things you mentioned are all going to be a problems.

I like the way you are thinking. Or of course “Time Cops! Now with more JVD!

I know I know it’s the Temporal Prime Directive. But it just sounds cooler this way. Temporal mechanics gives me a headache.

Brilliant idea!

I did not experience that timeline.

Can’t remember.

I hope this holds up for people who get to experience this for the first time. I’m reading this as “Dad rock” and thinking,”Wait a minute, my dad didn’t listen to th..”. oh. *I’m* old enough to be a dad now. Well I remember that the song Thunderchild really hit me. It brought up an emotion with music I hadn’t

Speaking of tropes. Finding out about “The idiot ball” as a way to move stories forward was very useful to me as a viewer. It answered the question, why did this person do this totally out of character thing? Oh... He is carrying the idiot ball today. Then I go back to viewing.

Well that’s sad. Is that the power of a different kind of “art”? Propaganda? Fox News and Right Wing Radio are incredibly powerful tools.

Liked the ending. Will write more when I suspend time to sleep. What I liked best about the show was the attacks on whole concept of corporations running everyhing. At times it was really amazing to realize how right libr8 was with its criticisms.

I don’t think I want to watch the movie, ‘Take a Hard Ride” but that trailer was the Platonic ideal of a 1970’s trailer. Great find!

To quote Working Girl, “She has a head for business and a body for sin.”

She has experience getting high.

Great point. Your point about the use of the atom for fuel and energy is also important. If the energy was there and reusable that would make a difference.

Agreed. Of course the first people who will be using it will be Wall Street.

My thought exactly. To me the anti-corp message was especially interesting during the Occupy Wall Street days.

Why are all the Es bold faced here?

“So shines a good deed in a weary world.”

It’s LORD GARTH!
