If it is a ZHP, the ZHP mafia is going to have an aneurysm if that car is damaged in any way.

Zero miles out of the way. The added time spent driving and distance traveled is not worth the pennies saved. I already have to pay for premium, I’m not going to get deal to make it worth it.

If the show is like you say, I’ll have to give this a shot. (I just had my DVR replaced and forgot to add Wheeler Dealers back on it, so I’ll have to catch this on a re-run.) The question is, do you think they will keep this in depth approach going through the season or do you think they will let it drop off and

That concept is the reason I have such disdain for the 500. Not only was the 500 so boring, we got a glimpse of what could have been, making it that much more painful.

My wife does a lot of guardianships and similar work as an attorney. She’s often appointed by the state to be the elderly person’s representative (there’s a term for it, but I’m an engineer, not an attorney) between the families and care facilities (each with their own attorneys). Some times, she loves it when she

This is very similar to our situation (although our’s are 20 months apart). I second everything you have here. Our oldest is on the spectrum, so there are some issues we have (and we worry that the youngest may be learning some habits we would like him not to), but overall, the closeness in their ages has worked out

We taught our boys the same thing regarding strange dogs. It’s really a good practice to ask the owner, regardless of whether it is a service dog or not. Although, we also tell them not to bother ANY service dog. They are always at work and you do not bother someone at work.

I get what you are saying, but for a unique, desirable car that is within a budget (as long as the travel costs do not push you outside of your budget), going a bit of a distance should not be an issue. Of my last 4 cars, only two were within 1 hour of me. The other was 3 hours away and the M5 was 12 hours away and

Wait, this doesn’t have wireless charging??? My Motorola Nexus 6 has it and I love it. Our household has gone through countless USB cables for charging and I love not having to worry about it now. This is disappointing. I was ready to preorder it since I am due.

This is all too familiar at our house. Our oldest (now 5) has ASD (what used to be Asperger’s) and has sensory issues. He does fine at VPK (at least he holds it together there), but when he gets home, it is very easy for him to fall into a meltdown if something is slightly off.

I always thought it was an attractive car for its segment.

The hybrid stuff on the old Prius is actually not too expensive. There are aftermarket battery pack refurbishing companies. It’s just that it really isn’t worth repairing. It should be mass market enough to justify an aftermarket (like the German 3), but desirable enough to warrant doing the work.

Cars people care about will get maintained. Where I live, you see a lot of late 90's and early 00's BMW’s, Audi’s, Merc’s, and other desirable cars even though maintaining them can kind of suck (I am guilty of this Sisyphian quest). The percentage of their mass market contemporaries (that sold in higher numbers) still

This is something I was very reluctant towards. Growing up in NJ, I always remembered the backyard is where we played and the front yard was just there for greeting guests and for show. In FL, apparently you play wherever. My wife (native Floridian) let the kids play in the front yard right from birth and now it’s

At first glance, the price does seem ambitious, but I think you are right about what you get for the money. If there aren’t a ton of options and it comes well equipped at the price, then maybe it will work out. As it is, I am skeptical that Kia will be able to compete at this price point.

I always thought the two badges on the front seemed weird. Why have the grill badge then have a smaller badge right above it on the hood?

These are two of my top complaints, especially the tablet screens. There isn’t a single interior that the stuck on tablet screen looks good in.

Hopefully there won’t be the same letdown with the Kia Stinger GT...

I can confirm all of those after driving it for a few minutes. The thing is, my dad was coming from an 02 F-150 and hasn’t had anything fast in 40 years, or anything that handled well for the last 30. To him, the Veloster Turbo is like a go kart.

I don’t know how I missed this in all of the reviews. Let’s all pause and recognize that this new sporty sedan has an actual name! Not some random assortment of letters and numbers, but an actual name and a cool one at that!
