I've driven a Tesla S.  I've also driven hundreds of great cars, including the roadster, so I have som perspective here.  The S is a great American invention.  great chassis, intereting styling, great technology.  There are small things about the car I don't care for, but when you consider what they've accomplished,

Lest we forget about the Hamann BMW X6M TYCOON!

The good folks at Grand Prix New York let me hoon a Lotus around the track once. Awesome fun.

Double click on that one. The Mangusta - all time beautiful example of 70's cocaine italian supercars. Good call Evo.

Why a membership to Classic Car Club Manhattan, of course.

It's not just about their horsepower. 911's are able to put that power down very, very well. I've had a lot of driving experience in both cars. 911 for me. GT3 to be specific.

Dela where?

Jalopo! Do you guys have the technology to make those big pacman arrows appear on top of asshat drivers in real live? I think you're on to something there.

Not too long ago, I was riding one of my motorbikes on the highway, when traffic slowed and the guy behind me was fiddling with his radio, I was knocked off, run over and broken up badly. The Ambulance took me to the closest medical facility - Wilzig Hospital in NJ.

That's a lot of Haterade you're drinking there. He's driving around slowly so Spinelli and the camera can hear what he's saying. He's a fast, fast driver and knows how to properly control a car. I would venture a bet that he'd lay down a faster lap time than most any of us.

Ahhh, Mr. Wilzig. One of the kindest, brightest and most inspiring people in motorsport, NYC or whatever strata you want to place him in.

I'm with you Jason - Good for him. He doesn't seem to know much of the particulars, and he's not a car guy like many of us are, but that's fine. He has the capital and the influence to help kids living in tough hoods and a car is the way to help, then good for him. I support it.

Hey Strams - You have a good eye. That indeed is a 2002, BUT, we like to drop E30 M3 engines and transmissions and Borla exhaust into them. Then we flair the fenders, throw on some Alpina wheels and have some fun. The 2002 starts off quite light, so adding a more aggressive powerplant makes it quite a quick thing!

Note the "74" on his helmet - a tribute to Daijiro Kato, Japanese MotoGP racing sensation that died in a race a Suzuka in 2003.

Seriously. Well said.

Ahhhhhhh. Well said. An Evo rally to their parking lot would be pretty funny.

I'm a car guy through and through. I've been very privileged to drive most of the best cars in the world - everything from vintage Porsche's to Ariel Atoms 458 Ferraris, the lot. So I have a bit of a special perspective on this... Motorcycles are the purest form of appreciating the journey. Yes, they can be or

Ahhhh, now, the 458. We have one at Classiccarclubmanhattan.com. it's Pozzi blue, which is a ferrari color from the 60's. No metallic flake. It's tasteful, where in red, they look pretty garish. Compared to the 430 and the 360, I think the 458 is artwork. The two prior models were big and heavy looking, like

Hi PJ, I'm a fan of the P4/5 for a very particular reason. I have no kids and I have absolutely no need for convenience in a car. So, for me, cars that do one thing. JUST ONE THING, very well, are my favorite. So, I have an Ariel Atom. Light, no muss, no fuss. I have a 74 911 that was formerly a Brumos Race car,

As a rossi fan, later Casey! But as a motorcycle race fan, it will be sad to see him go. Casey is the fastest man on the planet, he has amazing bike control and watching him slide a bike through a corner is mind boggling.
