Seems like a fairly open invitation to a wrongful dismissal suit ... until you remember that Idaho is a “work at will” state so there is no requirement for the employer to have a reason beyond “I just wanna”.

PA is an at-will state. And “family of an accused criminal” is not a protected class. So I don’t think any massive lawsuit is forthcoming.

Who is giving their employer’s legal advice? This is a massive lawsuit waiting to happen. His family have nothing to do with the murders. He has not even been tried yet, let alone convicted. 

David is possibly the most famous piece of sculpture in the world. It’s been on public view for centuries. My kids first saw it in an art history coffee table book in our living room. They poured through that book as kids. My son has an avid interest in art history because of that book and the sculpture.
