30 years to late for my beloved Super Beetle, Fred the Wonder Car. I’d like to volunteer my 05 Scion XB as the next conversion. I adore this car- I’d love for it to be more environmentally sensitive.

With the exception of Deliverance, (and maybe a few other films) rape-entertainment is always at the expense of women. That’s my beef. But, I am not a fan of ultra-painful gore-fests like Saw, or Se7en already.

I loved that yall ran Pickett’s charge. Did you get to lay down in the long grass and pretend to be shot? (my sisters and I at every single battlefield we visited.)

Here’s what I remember about trip to Gettysburg. There were a LOT of bullets that hit in mid air. A weirdly high number of bullets that collided in midair. And, there was a pincher move on some section of the battlefield. My sisters used pincher moves on each other for years afterwards. My poor parents. 

It depends on long you want to keep your car. My-beloved-mechanic put a new-to-me rear axle on my adored 2005 Scion XB. I want to keep it running for as long as possible, so I repair pretty much the mechanic recommends. But, I always ask to have the breaks and tires checked when I take it in....safety first!

Thanks for sharing Acorn. I think we all have that deep voice in our brains that can lead us to very extreme behaviors. After a life of trying to control my weight I feel like my inner voice is worse than ever - it has learned and strengthened through the years and I can’t turn it off only ignore it temporarily. 

Your poor mom, i’m so sorry. Maybe she can cash in one the fever for documentaries and docu-dramas on serial killers. :-/ sorry, worst silver lining on a crap cloud ever.
