Be still my beating heart! Love me some SNES artwork. No offense to the Genesis, but something about the SNES’s expanded color palette and pixelation lead to such timeless pixel art that I still cherish today. And the different ways the technology was used to across different games to create unique, beautiful

VIDEO GAME ATLAS. Fuck yeah. I'd be here for that.

“It’s a little dull for miles 3-20, but wait until you see how I pedal for miles 21-40!”

That attachment is sold separately.

Peloton: for the woman who can’t just get off.

The real change is... ON THE INSIDE.

Why would she be nervous about riding on a stationary bike? You can’t fall off, get lost, or get side-swiped by an impatient driver. And when you can’t pedal anymore, just get off.

The ad is effective in that it got me curious enough to look up what Peleton costs. Then when I stopped laughing I went back to eating my Pop Tarts for breakfast.

What I don’t get is how this woman claims getting the bike “changed her.” There is no visible way in which she has changed over the year. She was already thin and toned. I guess she just gets up earlier now?

You know, for all the AV Club has declined and the way the great kinjaing decimated the comment section, I still love that this is the only website where I can see a three-paragraph comment about the plotlines and emotional arcs of a cartoon and not roll my eyes while making a jerk off motion.

I mean now that he’s been deposed shouldn’t he be stripped of his ‘Papa’ title? This is just John. Poor, sad, greasy, oh-so-greasy John.

I had a dream last night that The Flash was trying to fight Ramsey Rosso, but Rosso had devolved into sentient gravy that melted every living thing he/it touched. And best of all, once a person or hero had been melted there was no way to bring them back, like The Flash always manages to do. So what I’m saying is,

Gene.

Not a single MCU album smdh

Snyder has fans?

The thinking is that a consistent Snyder film is better than an abominable hastily reshot, recut, recolored Frankenstein Whedon/Snyder film. Which, maybe.

The more Snyder and his cult of a fandom demand the release of a barely put together rough cut of an already incoherent film the more I hope it never sees the light of day.

While watching, I actually was thinking about Bonham Carter’s role in The King’s Speech largely because I was thinking how well got the brutal accent down, and then realized I’d heard her do it before.

I’m realizing the cast changes that are going to hit me the hardest are the supporting characters I wasn’t prepared for. Like, of course Victoria Hamilton couldn’t go on playing the mother of two women who are her own age, but I’m really going to miss her as the Queen Mother!
