The parents I know are deeply in favor of teacher unions. I’m not sure who’s setting the agenda for the NPU, but I doubt they’re really interested in representing parents.

You would think so, but has anybody ever faced repercussions for keeping an innocent person on death row? If you look at the statistics, it’s definitely a nonzero number. And I’m pretty sure the number of people who are punished for putting innocent people to death through a state-sanctioned murder is not zero.

If a moderate gets the nomination, oh well, I’ll live with it. But Biden terrifies me. He almost seems addled. Awkwardly so. I actually feel bad watching him.

Biden misspoke many times tonight. It was a sloppy performance. I’ll be amazed if he doesn’t lose ground after it. I still expect he’ll be among the front runners in September, but the race got more competitive this week.

Joe did pretty poorly in the first debates, fell nine, ten points in the polls, and by Tuesday of this week was back to leading the pack by 15 points. He did better in this debate, but his age is showing, no doubt. It will be interesting to see what the polls show by the weekend.

If we follow Inslee's plan, we can make sure his hotness doesn't increase by 1 degree Celsius by 2030.
