Yeah, it’s not subtle, but I was kind of thankful for that. I’m watching with my seven year old and the episode prompted some really positive discussions about racism, xenophobia, and what we can do to help others.

How are we the dominant species on earth?

Mission Impossible movies are the most impressive for me. Tom Cruise scaling the building in Dubai in Ghost Protocol, hanging on the outside of a jet and holding his breath underwater for six minutes in Rogue Nation, the HALO jump in Fallout. Plus, the guy flew the helicopter and operated the camera at the same time.

Good for him for speaking up.

Pitch perfect. They even got the pale skin. Impossible to complain (though I’m sure someone will)!

And yet, Jonathan was universally beloved by all and seen as one of the wisest people around. In reality, he was a hot head who could not let go of a grudge.

Absolutely! It really wasnt until Season 4-5 that Lex started really being a villain. With just a little bit of trust, it could have been prevented.

Way too nostalgic for my taste. Brandon Routh made a really good Superman though. The Metropolis save towards the end is excellent. There should have been more of that. Saddling Superman with the choice of either being a deadbeat dad or breaking up a family was probably not a great creative move.

I loved how in the last season of the show, any last bit of the audience thinking hes not that bad was completely torn to shreds. We really got to see the monster underneath.

Did you read X-Men: Black #1 starring Magneto this week. Some pretty interesting discussions on just this topic. Very cool to see Claremont writing Magneto again.

Ill go with Lex Luthor on Smallville. For a large percentage of the series, he just wanted friendship and family. Jonathan Kent poisoning Clark on Lex just because hes a LUTHOR, damn it! played just as big a role in Lex going bad as anything Lionel did.

In James Wan I trust. This looks fantastic! Nicole Kidman kicking butt, Manta, the Trench -- theres a lot to be excited about here!

Thank you, my friend! :-)

Blame Bob Harrass. He basically forced the idea of villain Magneto on the writers.

Ah memories! Still my favorite version of Hulk by far. Peter David worked with an embarrassment of riches going from Dale Keown to Gary Frank.

Just pure class. Hilarious on the show and seems like such a good guy. Happy for his well-earned success.

First Blood is so good, and he is so good in it!

I was skeptical, but that looks really good!

That was fantastic! Go Stephen!
