I'm all for starting fresh, but it would be silly for Affleck to not be involved in the script. He's playing the character, and he's an Oscar award winning screenwriter. Love the idea of Reeves and Affleck putting their heads together on this.

If anyone can bring a fresh approach to the material, it's one of the minds behind Kubo and the Two Strings. That was a fantastic film!
