Wasn’t there an example of some indie dev who sold his game cheap at first and then raised the price and kept it high forever to reward early adopters who are likely to be fans instead of rewarding people who wait for sales ? Not the same situation obviously, but I am not sure why fans would complain about a price…

Every time I’m on an airplane there is at least one guy who’s too dangerously stupid to be near an airplane. The only form of public transportation they should be allowed is an inner-tube on a lazy river.

This is a great thing! I hate that women need their own space to do this stuff, but it is a fact of life. I work in a manufacturing plant and have seen the harassment mentioned in this article first-hand. I will never get why they don’t release a Half Life 3. At this point they could charge $90 for it and it would sell in the 10s of millions. Seems to me they are sitting on the largest cash cow ever. Half Life 3 / Portal 3 sold as a bundle only - $120. I just preordered.
