As other commenters noted, the carbon tub (and possibly some mechanical bits) will be manufactured by Multimatic, who also manufactured the carbon tub for the One-77. Final assembly will be handled at Gaydon.

That was the intent of the laws, but Chinese domestic companies actually make most of their money from selling foreign vehicles, so they have absolutely no incentive to force out their partners and spend millions on developing a new car when they can rake in billions by selling others’ cars.
