The Seventh Bride!!
Time to vote for our July book, y’all! Our top FOUR nominees are listed below. I’ll put each book in a comment and you can vote for your choice by starring the comment. (I hope that makes sense. I haven’t located my burner key yet so I’m still doing this all on my phone.) Polls close tomorrow after Game of Thrones is…
Hopefully this format isn’t screwy because I’m on my phone (cleared cookies on desktop, lost burner key, sadraptor). But this is the place to nominate book for our July edition of the book club!
I cleared the cookies on my desktop and now I can’t log in because I forgot my burner key. I can only post and comment on my phone (suck!) and laptop (don’t use often). I stupidly didn’t think I’d ever need my original GT email so I deleted it. Dumb. Hopefully I will never accidentally log out on these two devices.
I have a date with the hair salon tomorrow and I’m so embarrassed by the state of my hair. I’m trying to convince myself not to chop off a hunk of it in hope it will look less bad to the stylist.
My neighbor brought me three bars of this organic dark chocolate today. (She’s super nice and it was to say thanks for something I helped her with yesterday.) I just tasted a piece and it’s so dark and so bitter! I love dark chocolate but I can’t eat this just by itself. I feel like it deserves better than being…
I just discovered this and I love it.
Sorry for the tardiness. My weekend turned out WAY busier than anticipated.
Anyone interested in having one of these soon?
Just a reminder that our book this month is Crocodile on the Sandbank by Elizabeth Peters. I just started it today!
I was wondering what everyone else wished they could do. But things you realistically will never be able to do?
I know we were snickering about this the other day. Unfortunately, GMU caught on before they made the plaques and whatnot.
Mississippi ... sigh.
Our April book is....
Three great choices! I’m excited for this month.
I’ve been reading for a few weeks about the benefits of body brushing/dry brushing, and I was at the store yesterday and bought one on a whim.
Yep, it’s me again, here for your April book nominations!
Oh my god, this fucking book. Where do I even begin?
It occurred to me yesterday that this weekend is Easter, so instead of having our discussion on Sunday, like we usually do, I’ve postponed it to Wednesday, March 30.
