Really? Forget this thing, the new Escape is really good looking. I do a double take every time I see one because I think it’s a more luxurious SUV than it really is. From the side and due to the new headlights, it looks like a small Porsche SUV.
It’s nice, but Apple Green is better.
This car in the Verdant green is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!!!
Yeah, it’s a great approach, too. Having a cluster of several foglights means some of them probably still work if one or two of the LEDs gets knocked out by a rock. Traditional foglamps are way too fragile.
I know they aren’t on... that’s the point. Most OEs have styled the fog lamps as these prominent fixtures whether they are on or off. I like that when these are off they blend in instead of stand out. Sort of similar to the Mazda CX-9 that is able to hide its tiny fogs very well.
Those fog lamps are a thing of beauty. the fact that you can’t see them when looking straight on is something other OEs should strive for.
I love that the team dominating the sport is also the one pushing the boundaries and trying to go even further. They aren’t just satisfied with last year, they are trying to win even more convincingly this season.
What does the mpg drop to when AWD is engaged? I assume you probably had the full AWD going during your tests... any idea what your mileage was?
My wife’s dad is a lifelong racing fan and worked on the performance cars at the GM Proving Grounds. I grew up with a single mother and I knew nothing about cars.
Also they are reliable... I see these and 90s Mustangs EVERYWHERE!
I’m fairly certain you can get late 80s/early 90s Firebird Trans Am with a v8 in it for that price range... I can’t think of a better car to TRANSverse AMerica in.
That car could be in poop brown or some psychedelic tie-dye colorway and it would still look good. The car just looks good.
Wow it is so much better to look at in any color other than white. That massive nose is not as prominent in darker colors.
probably white, metallic white, eggshell white, miami white and special edition porcelain.
That’s probably optional.
There’s so much white plastic up front! One drive on the highway and that thing is gonna look like it has a five o’clock shadow from the bugs!
1) This feels like a win for consumers.
That Civic looks better than the actual production Civic...
