Smith was such a diamond. Totally agree.

Having just completed a total SATC rewatch (the entire series, both films, and then AJLT) I have a lot of thoughts. First: highly recommended on all accounts it was so much fun and the perfect way to turn my brain off at night. Yes, Carrie is the worst. Miranda is not the saint she’s been made out to be in the last…
Well, that’s good.
Peter Thiel is a self-loathing gay, and helped create and foment the toxic environment in the party to which he belongs. He would be fine with the “fake culture wars” if they were working.
“Man, I just wanted the tax breaks, not the hate!”
I can tell you how it’s gonna go. It’s gonna go to the courts where it’ll get bogged down in endless legalese, until DeSantis gets termed out and fucks off, and whoever his replacement is quietly drops the matter entirely.
As much as I don’t trust corporations at all and think Disney as one is a monster (though I do love a lot of the IP and the parks), this feels good. I’d genuinely trust Disney with overseeing the parks considering how many guests they see and how they know the parks need to be safe and clean in order to actually keep…
Imagine how much happier they would be if the incels just got together and started blowing each other...
These two are cute, but I made the mistake of listening to them speak for the sole purpose of watching the alleged “jump” that I did not see happen and I am no longer intrigued.
People are self-absorbed twats, and always have been.
I fly United and Southwest and honestly I’ve had more issues on Untied flights than I ever had on a Southwest flight. The most I ever had to deal with was having a person get air sick on my SW flight but other than that in seven years never had an issue.
I flew Frontier one time, back when I flew to St Louis to cover the Mike Brown protests. Flying out was okay, though it was a budget airline so no frills, but I had two carry-on bags, a backpack and a camera bag. The SFO lady was very nice, but when I was heading back from STL, the check-in lady absolutely said no way…
When keeping it real goes wrong.
Before the recent debacles, customer satisfaction with Southwest was very high.
I used to do things on like that on the rare occasion that I needed to, now I’m afraid to get shot so I just let everyone else take the parking spot/lane spot/drive-thru line spot
This isn’t a Southwest problem. It’s more of an asshole problem.
After he got out and started walking away, but before he got out of sight, I would have moved my car. Just for spite.
We’ve all had someone snipe the parking spot we’re CLEARLY waiting for, but this is another level- a level not unlike the time I pulled in to park in a tight spot, needed to reconfigure to not block in my neighbors, and as I pulled out the car across from me started to pull forward to take my spot as a pull-through. I…
I live in the same city as one of SW’s major hubs and I fly them a lot. Never had a bad experience.
WTF is wrong with people? I fly mostly Southwest because I like the flexibility in cancelling and rescheduling and the free checked bags. People shit on SW for their seating policies, but on my last four Delta flights I had to kick 3 people out of my assigned seats. One guy tried to tell me his daughters REALLY wanted…
