Children should not be treated as their parent’s personal branding exercise. This hippie bullshit encroaching in medicine has to stop.

Children are at risk of brain damage from poorly treated jaundice. That jaundice is common, does not mean it is a benign condition.  The doula or midwife or whatever she is beyond irresponsible. A good practitioner knows the limits of their capabilities and refers their patients to professionals with higher expertise.…
