oh shit! finally someone else taking Effexor who gets what I mean by 'brain zaps'!! I have been on a relatively high dose of Effexor for years now and yeah if I miss a dose I feel so fucking ill. I have to take a low dose of anti-diarrhoea medication every day to make sure the Effexor doesn't go through my system too…
