I’m quite certain the guy has done exactly what he’s accused of doing, but his point is that it’s very easy to ruin someone’s life now without anything approaching due process. He probably deserves to have his career ruined, but he doesn’t seem confused about the 1st Amendment, or due process.

I remember a story about the extremely sleep deprived parents of a colicky newborn who packed up and left on a trip in the pre-dawn hours, and their neighbor awoke to find the baby in her car seat sitting in the driveway. Where one or the other parent set her down while they finished loading up the car.
