Gotcha. I wasn’t sure what the distinction was for copyrights on dance moves.
Gotcha. I wasn’t sure what the distinction was for copyrights on dance moves.
“nobody is arguing that homie OWNS the dance, but it was created by him and is now being used for a profit without any mention of the man himself.”
Maybe it is simply just arrogance but I don’t get how Epic, a rather large and successful company, could not see that incorporating popular dance moves would not come back to bite them in the ass. Unless they did their research and the dance moves they included weren’t copywritten at the time of their inclusion.
To each their own. I thought it was an appropriate climax to everything that came before it. Considering all the characters that were involved I thought they handled it extremely well.
That’s what it boils down to though. That super, fanboyism. Nothing wrong with being a fan. Nothing wrong with really liking whatever it is that you are a fan of. But there is that line we the fandom can go too far and turn more into an obsession.
To me, it seems like the nerds finally reached the top of the hierarchy that used to be reserved for the “jocks” and “cool kids.” There not necessarily anything wrong with that. Im glad geek culture is no longer viewed as a thing for kids and loser adults but can we just take it down a notch. We don’t need to wear th…
Man the superfan, fanboy culture is making it embarrassing, again, to be part of the “nerd culture.”Can we simmer down a bit and not take this stuff so serious? It’s just a movie trailer that, once it releases, will be rewatched dozens, if not hundreds, of times over to disect every little piece of dialogue and image. …
I don’t know. The bills, jets, and dolphins are all so mediocre that the Pat’s should still have a shot at the playoffs going forward as long as they can draft competently (no guarantees there).
What an embarrassing response by Bethesda. “Sorry we advertised a certain item in our collector’s edition that we failed to inform customers about being significantly downgraded the but if you contact us surely some extra in game currency for our extremely buggy game will make amends for the mistake.”
I don’t mind it because a person should be able to determine a yes or no based on reading the review. Plus a yes or no is very subjective. That should be a conclusion the reader determines on their own based on their own interests and preferences.
I love that they have reviews that don’t score games. Brings more attention to the content of the review instead of a grade and list of pros and cons. It’s also a different format than pretty much any other game review around and I’m always for something that’s different than the norm.
Yeah but the mystery of a new games has been dead for a long while. Most games have too much revealed prior to release whether a result of leaks or the developer giving away too much information and footage. It’s rare these days to genuinely be surprised by a game announcement or for a game to release with a lot of…
You also can’t deny the crapstorm Microsoft created for itself between the reveal and launch of the XboxOne that turned a lot of gamers away from the Xbox brand. The always online implications, the DRM fiasco, mandatory Kinect, the response to criticism which was essentially “if you don’t like it too bad.” It was comp…
As an owner of both console I’ll put up a little fight for Xbox. There is a case to be made for Xbox One X as it is the most powerful console out of the bunch, which is important for some gamers. I do think the addition of a 4k Blu-ray player is a little advantage. Hell it’s one of the reasons I still own an Xbox. T…
Sony doesnt even need to do much going forward to maintain success too. Basically don’t f up (which can mean a number of things) and make the next console backwards compatible.
The funny thing is that the botched XboxOne reveal still hurts them to this day. I work at a middle school and overheard students talking PS4 vs XboxOne and one of the students still thought XboxOne was an always online console. It made me wonder how many people turned on Xbox after the announcement and never really …
It really comes down to 2 things:
Obviously can’t put myself in the mind set of Bynes or anyone with body issues but this just seems like a bizarre circumstance to cause someone to go off the rails. I guess it’s easy for me to say but don’t get how an actor or actress could develop such issues based on their appearance in a role. I feel like there ha…
“Think about how ludicrous it would be, in literally any other industry.....”
What will it ruin? Companies might get stricter to avoid leaks and games releasing early but other than that I’m not sure how this will have any sort of major negative impact.
