So when the earthquake and tsunami first hit, people all over the internet were saying that the nuclear disaster was already at the Chernobyl level and Japan was downplaying everything. Now that Japan is saying that it is at a 7 and the same level as Chernobyl, does that mean it's actually at a 10 on a 7 point scale?

@bobloblawjr: I've had online professors use the 'honor system' on me too. It never worked, I always used the book. I've had some profs set up a timer on the tests so it's harder to do the test open book.
