Getting tattooed tends to take quite a bit if time and money. Many people spend years getting their body tattooed, because it’s not really feasible to have (for example) two entire full sleeves done in one sitting. I’ve known people who took a year or more getting one piece done.

Well this show is specifically about plastic surgery, so showing beasts makes perfect sense. While I agree that it’s stupid that they blur out women’s nipples on this show (and not this man’s), complaining about a different standard in a completely different context makes no sense.
