I hung out with Zelda for the entirity of Spirit Tracks. And I think dark world Zelda was the “bad guy” in LBW. I mean it’s not a bad thing that they’re adding a female character to the next game but people have to stop acting like the Zelda series is somehow making a change from a terrible woman hating series.

That is more a state of matchmaking than your skill. It’s never fun to play with people vastly better than ourselves. It doesn’t actually mean you’re playing better or worse than you always do. Still I’d say you should still try to have fun even in those absurd games. Pull out the noob tube.

The problem is people care more about numbers than having fun. They can be useful to understand if you’re learning, but they shouldn’t be the “thing” in multiplayer games. Like in a JRPG you see the damage number pop up bigger than before and you think “I’m getting stronger” it’s that Skinner box hit. Multiplayer

I wish what you said was on every tutorial in every game. Not everyone should have a huge kill count, if everyone tried for that in a lot of games your team would probably lose.

Surprisingly nobody is my the Cure tribute band.

It’s good for exploring new areas and that radiation area. And for like role playing if you want to play as “that guy”. But generally I think it’s smartest to use it when you’re going into new areas and don’t know how tough the area might be. Oh, also those giant monsters, there are some giant monsters set up around

Steam users seem to have the Tom Brady mindset. When Brady plays games he damn well better be able to flip people off and hear a sexy lady voice.

Cloud in My Cousin Vinny.

Either you want Halo or you want the better multiplat machine Shenmue machine.

Yeah the skull and crossbones means they’re stronger than you. Above a certain point it becomes a bit pointless so it’s good they give that to you, give you a chance to test out if you can even damage the enemy.

Also tag materials you need in the crafting screen. Seeing everything that has adhesive or springs in it with a magnifying glass next to it in game is making looting so much easier and I never have anything for guns I can’t craft.

Yeah and if you want to craft hope you like spending all your points on crafting perks/stats for like the first 12 levels.

Also the dragons fly in reverse in all versions.

I heard the law and order gavel on “Yet.”

Also Patricks piece you mention was great. He got at something about fandom now we sort of take for granted. Like a lot of other stuff with internet culture we sort of accept all this weird behavior as the norm. And he found a good way to get at that idea.

I was reading something on reddit where this guy was saying he was selling his XB1 cause he had sort of not found himself having much fun with games. But he brought up all the different friends he had around the globe from gaming. Anyways long story short everyone plays for different reasons and I think those folks

Do you think there’s ill intent from Activision on this? And do you think that matters? Like they could still do a bad thing even though they might be trying to do something good.

Because it’s scripted like a Universal ride.

Did you think your crew got Fallout later than other journalists cause you guys actually reported on the game as it got made? Danny O’Dwyer did a video on embargoes yesterday hurting small outfits and I couldn’t help but wonder about your situation.
