jesus H, am I going to have to buy a blu-ray drive and player just to watch these (I will)?.
It could have something to do with the purity of the cocaine. For example, if they seized 1lb of coke but it was cut with 2 oz of baby aspirin, I don’t think they would adjust the figure to 14oz, I think they would just keep saying 1lb.
It’s a cult. People want mac’s without knowing anything about computers or the actual differences between OsX/Linux/ubuntu. It’s a status symbol. That’s ok, I’ll keep my core i7 w/ 16gb of memory and a terabyte hard drive that I got for $675.
I know. I misunderstood how an H bomb works. I understand now.
Everyone is...https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tokamak.
In physics the Mac is ubiquitous. 9/10 PhD’s use it, with the 10th running linux. I honestly don’t know why they love it so much.
Large scale controlled fusion is not possible yet, if I understand correctly. If it were we would be putting pretty much all of our resources into building fusion power plants. It would solve all global energy problems.
This installment lives up to the true spirit of the series, I think. Bravo! And thanks for finally helping me win the bet with my self (whether the answers will be iphone/macbookair). I would have like to hear him explain further why he uses windows and what he finds useful about it.
After reviewing this behavior in myself I have limited my apologies to scenarios where 1) I had an intentional attitude and the person didn’t deserve it (sometimes people deserve my attitude) 2) I absolutely should have known better, or 3) I was slacking off and someone had to do my work for me.
Make me an offer. Never negotiate against yourself.
Of course working isn’t all about the tech. This site generally is, and this series especially. Tech can be expanded to included all forms of GTD and lifehacks, which is the very soul of this website. It is moderately interesting to hear the prosaic answers of any and every famous/creative person lifehacker can…
I know you’ve heard this enough, but I don’t think you’ve accomplished your goal of finding a variety of people “who aren’t necessarily using the same apps week after week” if you just bring us another apple fanboi. This series is all about the tech people use to work more smoothly and efficiently, and the apple…
You are correct that you do not fit the textbook definition of a physical addict. That doesn’t make the psychological aspect any less gripping, but the barrier to quitting for you is different. King Cobra, really? I don’t even know what to do with that, but if you like it...Anyway, what concerns me is the possibility…
So, what are we talking? 12 pack a day? 5 whiskey cocktails? How far are you in? How long can you go before you get the shakes?
Unless you were born and raised in Oregon (I was), kindly stfu. Oh, and my entire maternal family is from La Grande.
Seeing as how the 48 hour cycle is referred to as ‘bicircadian’, I think they mean the cycle itself lasts 48 hours, not the sleep portion of the cycle. But I did sleep 24 hours once (woke up a few minutes here and there) during a virus.
This is the paradox of modern feminism, one that most women fail to recognize: a lot of of our activist energy is wasted fighting for more powers to add to the superwoman arsenal. We have correctly identified the major issues, but the tactics we currently employ are tailor made to maintain the ability to please, to be…
I used this with Southwest, and it is definitely an official policy of theirs. I arrived at the gate within two hours and they rebooked me for the next day. I was rerouted at one of my layovers, had to spend 5 hours in the Vegas airport (lost $100), took 3 planes for a trip that should take 2, and spent all day in…
