This could work! Cornstarch could also work but it would need to be cooked with something a bit...

Aww Charmander! Aging does suck hairy balls. I'm not even 30 and I had a headache this morning from drinking ONE BEER last night. So fuck it, if I'm gonna do the time, I might as well do the crime. Cheers!

My drop-off also has machines you can use. Usually the delicate cycle is pretty short and delicates, being flimsy, take very little time to dry in a giant industrial dryer. So I do them myself. Read more

Stockings or bandlettes are pretty much the only thing I actually hand wash. I have bra containers that get washed and protect the lace and underwire and then I hang them up. I also have some bags for my no-see socks that I wear with my dressy shoes.

When I lived in the city, it all went in the bag and it all got folded into the cube and delivered to my walk up. Read more

I wash mine in the bathroom sink and I have an extra rod in my tub so I let it dry that way.

You could invest in lingerie bags. I know Tide makes them. And one that is specifically designed for bras as well. And then just toss the stuff in and run on the most delicate setting possible with the rest of the load. The bags work really well. They’ve definitely preserved my bras since I have many VS bras that are Read more

Last time lived someplace without a washing machine I almost bought one of these things to save my quarters!

I have a washer and dryer at home but I always hand wash the stuff that says “hand wash” and my bras in the kitchen or bathroom sink depending on how much I need to do. If it’s like, one bra, I do it in the bathroom sink with some lingerie soap, pat the excess moisture off with a towel and hang it from the shower rod Read more

Hand wash stuff is easy to throw in the bathroom sink with some gentle hand wash detergent and then hanging on a towel rack. I hand wash my bras in the sink all the time.

Unless it’s fancy in a really obvious way, I just give it anyway, in part because I forget to look at the tags. If it's clearly fragile I dry clean.

I did! It seriously wasn’t even hard. I tore up a book from Goodwill, put the paper in the shape I wanted it, and spread flour and water paste all over it. And, because I made it an hour before the party, I used a blow dryer to dry it faster. I guarantee everyone on GT could totally make one of these. Man, I wish I Read more
