Sure, but if it's a defamation case, it's irrelevant. He has to prove that he never beat her, not that they're both messy. It's also not like people with BPD can't be abused.

I wonder how many personality disorders Johnny Depp has?
I mean, the Pride flag moved from “gay” to “solidarity with the gays” like... 20 years ago. I’m gonna need a little more than that to accuse him of baiting.
Do you also hate when say, cis women or black people want a seat at the table?
I’m seeing a ton of comments on Twitter about how “everybody watched her give that speech in labor and clapped, but nobody asked to postpone the convention. Shows you what they really think.” But *she* also didn’t ask to postpone it! I feel like it would have been really bad optics for someone else to be like “I know…
And according to the local CBS station, she asked him to suspend and when he tried to get back to her, he found out she had already dropped out. According to that reporting she said his campaign “didn’t respond” not that it refused.
*She withdrew from the convention, she didn’t suspend her campaign.
She could have continued it. Her campaign was prepared to continue without her present, but she decided to suspend the campaign.
I’m confused by the comment that she asked him to suspend the convention and he refused (but he says he agreed), but that the convention has to be suspended by 2/3 of the delegates... so he couldn’t have suspended it? I'm guessing it's supposed to be "She asked him to support suspension" or something?
It’s funny because I feel like Mel Gibson would be the perfect Bruce Willis replacement, but he has tanked his own career.
The number of people I’ve seen who are like “He’s clearly in the right, look how many witnesses he has!” but once you notice they’re all on his payroll it’s much less convincing.
If you're in a room with stuff being broken/punched, there's the implication that you could be the next target.
If you’re a Democrat and you’re in a D+10 district, you have a responsibility to your fellow Democrats in R+2 and up districts to not say things that are going to end up getting replayed endlessly on Fox News and force them to answer things like “Why do you support defunding the police?”
The future of the Democratic party: nowhere to be seen.
I think the problem is that the progressives have messaging and the centrists don’t. The fact that AOC’s winning campaign is somehow keeping a centrist Democrat in Nebraska from getting elected says to me that the centrist in Nebraska had a shit campaign.
This. I think Biden sucks, and I phone banked for him. Everyone else phone banking with me had voted for other candidates in the primary. Anecdotal, but it kind of gives the impression that centrist Dems feel like they should win based on moral correctness and aren't actually willing to work for the votes.
I feel like either he was photographed drinking under age, or the photos weren't taken "waaaaay" before he ran for Congress.
I feel you. I still wear a mask in the store, even when the cashiers aren’t *because* I'll be wearing it for 15 minutes, and they'd have to wear it for 8+ hours. For a while, I was working 2 jobs and commuting, so masking for 12+ hours a day and it sucked, but whatchagonnado?
Someone was shocked that I’m still wearing a mask on public transport, but I’ve had someone vomit on me on the train, so I’m probably going to wear a mask forever regardless of Covid. I guess the people really opposed to masking in grocery stores and on transit must just really enjoy colds and flus?
I think he's a baking soda scion. Armand Hammer and all...
