This is sort of a unique situation. Riot pays these players to play LoL, and while I'd agree that they're kind of shitty for trying this stunt, I'd argue it's entirely reasonable on their end.

Oh wow, a fanboy fight. Waiting eagerly for your response MEGAJIMZ.

I really don't think they should go farther than the American Revolution, they risk more and more "Forest Gump" moments. There's a point were this whole Templar and Assassin war starts getting too silly.

Well go ahead and play it again, silly.

Way of the Samurai needs to come back and be handed off to a decent developer.

Sure, but where would the pirate stuff go? I don't see how they can add ships to their next game without adding something unnecessary.

Meh, doesn't count. Good game, but it's a pretty small offering. Plus it didn't come to PC.

So, BF4 then? Unless you meant a silly singleplayer campaign? Because Bad Company wasn't unique due to DICE wanting to do something different, it was only unique due to them releasing only there second Battlefield game on consoles. Such a limitation is gone now.

Oh I know, I was just a little surprised and/or confused. I haven't been following the X1 closely recently, and I bought the PS4, so I thought I was missing something.

Facts? The fact is that they added transactions. They hope that you trust them, that they won't screw with the game. I'm not prepared to trust them, and neither are a lot of other people, apparently.

The article, read it.

What? Are you hung up over the X1 "winning"? What about the ten percent comment?

Honestly, I'd point out the video as not the best one to be used, but the big PS4 logo was put in by the creators themselves. All that you can do now is add in the other platforms via the article's text, which he edited in.

Oh, right, that one explanation every developer ever uses? Face it, they're asking you to trust them, as are Microsoft, EA, and whatever other company that participates in these practices. It's great that people don't.

It looks relatively good on previous gen systems, it does not in fact look worse than BF3. If they could fix freezing and numerous other bugs eventually, it also performs better.

I'd argue that it shouldn't be Steam, along with other non-game software, but that's just me.

Shuhei Yoshida... you gotta admit, it's nice that he's so active on twitter and answers a lot of questions... but that answer...

Well, maybe not. Malcolm Klock has put together this lovely tribute to the games of 2013 that runs just under two minutes. It's really sorta just the year in console games—notable omissions include a bunch of super popular PC games like League of Legends as well as most great mobile games. But still… if you played
