When I saw the one controller’s rumble and sensors being demoed with virtual water, my mind immediately went to VA-11 HALL-A. Still haven’t played the game though so I’m not sure how much can done to “enhance” the game.

There’s also tournaments for a variety of other games too, it’s not their responsibility to cover everything in esports, this is just one thing that’s both big and interesting to the author.
I’d say look at the authors. Yannick has been a big MOBA guy for a long time now, mainly with the big three isometric ones. Smite’s not massive, but it’s not small either, it just one that hasn’t gotten much attention from him.

Yeah lots of ranged ones, I was just going off the assumption you might’ve wanted hunter suggestions. If you want Melee, I love Athena and Sun Wukong, both can be built tanky or damage and their kits are fun. Sun Wukong is like a swiss army knife, he can do a LOT of different things while Athena’s ult lets you pop up…
Chiron is super friendly and fun as far as hunters go, and Hou Yi can also be fun but he’s trickier. Medusa is nice for having a good amount of burst and relying a bit more on her skills compared to other hunters, like how Neith is more ability-based than auto attack-based.
