Doubt it. Looks like jpg with plenty of compression, though I haven't really bothered with the share functions, honestly. Everything's lacking, and I only stream because 720p is more acceptable on Twitch.

But you can record 720p video via the console's own encoder, and it's not limited due to HDCP, it's just a limitation of the hardware. Screenshots aren't taxing at all however.
