Don't want to sound negative, I like the series and I'll happily buy one of the games when Nintendo gives me a reason to buy a 3DS (Advance Wars) but it continues to amaze me how easily they can sell the same game twice.

You didn't? Huh...
Yeah, her hair could really use some work.
Pixel art already censors the game, yo.
Honestly, your obvious bias is starting to make you sound like a broken record.
No, I mean that Beyond appears to feel much more stripped than Heavy Rain. I haven't played it either, just going off of the words of reviews I've been reading.
If you go by Jim Sterlings's review of Beyond, then you'd realize how little interaction there is. Granted, adventure games are typically more script-heavy and less interactive, but the amount QTEs you do in place of gameplay for Beyond sounds... silly.
Non of this carries over to the final game, why is this bad?
"As you know, teens are very social creatures."
I'm more impressed by the promised platform support, that's everything besides mobile. Yowzers.
Some of those issues can be solved by "exiting" Steam once you're done with it, instead of letting it close normally when you shutdown your PC. Read that somewhere and it's been working for me for a while.
Oh it works, just not for everyone. Those who get in get in, the vast majority didn't at launch, and it's slowly getting better.
Of course, and I suppose they fully expected that? I have yet to see a MMO launch that's smooth, and the same goes for popular franchises that aren't MMOs. Only a fool expects things to be perfect at launch.
People were pissed because the server issues stopped people from playing SimCity and Diablo entirely, thanks to their DRM. That's the difference.
Which is probably why they delayed the component, but it's still a massive game. If they could throw every bit of cash they had at buying up every single server possible, and then sell the ones they have leftover after the launch, they would.
Well, you know, it's not like it's largest game launch in history or anything... nope, everything must be perfect.
I think he may be hinting at how the citizens in GTA V are overly aggressive and paranoid...
Looks like there's still going to be frame rate issues... ugh.
Final Fantasy 13 and Rage are also large, though neither are published by Sony.
