To be fair, I don't know anyone who kept their Squirtle from evolving. In a way you could say that evolutions were just a means to and end.

I'd call myself a FPS guy, but I'm really enjoying GW2 at the moment.

Context. He's likely talking about his debates with religion, not some poor comedian taking cheap shots.

AmazingFilms and GameSprout are absolute essentials to sub to, for all gamers.

Paranoia has it's ways with cops.

Is it in 1.6? Then apparently it's for the better.

My response was towards the bit about "solid mechanics", not "non-intuitive recoil". And I'm fully aware that 1.6 has a larger competitive following.

Not a big fan of the series, but I wouldn't say that lumps CS: GO into the "bad games" category. I'm pretty sure pro players stuck with 1.6, and then there's Quake. Not sure about that bit with regards to CoD, as the same has been said for Battlefield and it's something I largely (that series I'm extremely similar

You misread my reply.

It's a requirement to keeping a game competitive and cemented in esports.

I seriously doubt that. Counterstrike players are extremely smart, and if CS: GO was bad, then they'd immediately return to Source. This hasn't happened though because there hasn't actually been a bad Counterstrike game.

No, Counterstrike survives on it's solid mechanics, which is exactly what I mean when I say "the right amount of systems that play off of each other nicely". Sure, it's popular, but it got that way because of it's quality. They did nothing "original", not back then, nor now.

That's their target, we'll have to wait and see.

There's not a damn thing that's original in CS: GO, but it's still loved and played by thousands.

It's pretty sad seeing you attack something like this with such a pathetically horrible metaphor.

Na, they wanted that so that your physical library could be digital. It was originally going to be a fully-digital console that allowed you to trade, sell, and lend digital games, and every physical game you bought was tied to a digital copy and your account. That's not how it works anymore.

So the game relies on each console's disk drive to perform optimally, with older PS3 hardware getting more pop-in than newer hardware, and older 360 hardware causing freezing issues.

I do think you're generalizing here, battles are rarely unbalanced. Also, arty's meant to be devastating, but horribly armored.

Oh you can, you just need to hit their weak points. Depending on the tank (I play T5 a lot, with the Leo, M10, and StuG) you can make them worry, but if not then you have to play the mindset of a support player. Go for their ammo racks, treads, or crew.

Premium tanks are stock and they're the only tanks you can buy. Outside of these very limited vehicles, you can't just buy any tank you want. Gold ammo can be bought with standard currency, and unless you use it every match, it won't bankrupt you. I do fine without buying any. Matchmaking is fair, and I've only ever
