Cat’s not going to a sports bar. It’s going to a house in the suburbs with a family that will love it. The organization is not looking for a check, they’re looking out for the cat.

Yeah, I know there are worse crimes in the world, but to me there’s not much worse than moving and abandoning an animal by leaving it behind. That’s just about the cruelest thing I can think of.
I’m buying Honshu because I love map building games. There’s a trick-taking round where each player gets a card with a 2x3 grid of map tiles. Over the course of 12 rounds, each player gets 12 cards and builds their own map using them. The quirk of the map building is that you either cover up 1+ of the 6 map tiles by…

“To be against something or someone, it’s a dangerous thing. It’s easy to be against your enemy, but if you give them a big hug...”
“What’s on the other end?” “Anti-depressants...”
You might be one of those people who can’t tell the difference between news and opinion...
No, he’s not worried about the offense. He’s gloating because, for some reason, that’s what makes him feel good about himself.
Nailed it
Dude, you’re not clever. It’s obvious what you were trying to claim, but you’re out here pretending that you’re just sayin’. No. You said that Fox-Trump isn’t any worse than MSNBC-Obama, and I’m telling you that that’s actually damnation by faint praise and makes Fox and Donald Trump look pretty bad.
Are you sure what you’re trying to debate here? What was the point of your initial reply?
If you can’t do any better than, “well Fox News isn’t worse than MSNBC”, then I don’t know what to tell you. You’re not making a very convincing argument.
Anyone else have a problem with people blithely attaching adjectives to nouns when they’re not needed? For example, when the OP says, “the violent left were clearly more at fault,” what pops into my head is, “well, what about the non-violent left?” Adding the word “violent” splits the claim open.
Starred for the contribution to the Hot Dog Sandwich War. And the other stuff, too...
Not nearly as many, though. Maybe it’s worth a mention, but not much of one. It had to have been 95%+ men, from all the photos and videos I’ve seen so far. It’s possible that the women are just a little stealthier, but in general, overt racists and white supremacists aren’t a very clever lot.
The town, I believe, is called Johns Creek with an s. After the Cherokee got kicked off the land and sent to Oklahoma, some dickhead named his kid Johnson, and then the locals named a creek after him, but were too lazy to spell the whole thing. And now there are 75000 rich people that live there. Good job, colonists!
Yeah, I’d much rather it refer to things retrospectively, as in, “if they’d lost 23 of those games, they’d be .500", but the people have spoken. Wins minus losses is the calculation we’re going with.
Fine pop on the small barrelled bats, but they’re just not heavy enough to get all that much momentum transferred from muscles to bat motion to ball.
Those D-Backs jerseys are very very bad...
Just what I thought about... when the director comes over to the table and shakes Dev’s hand and the unknown friend’s hand, but not the girlfriend’s hand, and they bend over backwards to justify it.
I will always star a good grammar breakdown.
