I got so damn lucky that day at the Kay Bee toy store when I went for Baseball Stars instead of whatever else I wanted to buy at the time. I think it’s the best baseball game on the NES.

I got brought along to a chiptunes convention/concert a while back and couldn’t take any of it seriously. The parts that have an actual melody vs just repeating a crap-ton of samples over and over are ok, usually, but I'm generally not interested in listening to much of it.

Was it actually from Super Mario Bros., or was it just chiptunes? Most of it is the worst, but it’s not all the worst.

Also, from Hitchhiker’s Guide:

It's been a good enough run, hasn't it?

If Cummings can win for North Dakota, then certainly Cumming, GA can win over Butts.

I don’t get what the issue is... the player hit some buttons, the machine did some math, and then, voila. Touchdown!

Well, one of the big issues is that when a girl is abused, many people’s first thought is how to minimize the effects and fallout on the perpetrator. You see this all the time in adult rape and sexual assault cases. It may be that an eight year old boy doesn’t know that what he’s doing is wrong, but I’m surely more

But is substantially better than jailing her...

TO THE MINUTE! I just got back from vacation in Japan, and was amazed at how awesome the transit is. New York’s is still pretty good, but Tokyo’s (and all the other cities, too) if out of control. I wish it ran until later, though.

Oh, it’s never been any kind of constitutional or other legal right, so we’re in agreement on that. These kinds of security details are typical provided by contract, so if that’s the case here, the police could be in breach by refusing to provide the service. That said, the stadium is in Dade County, so it’s entirely

The fourteenth amendment to the constitution applies many of the constitutional requirements to the states, the first amendment for example. So police officers, even those who work for country or local police departments, are required to abide by it.

Yeah, seems like they’re fine with GTA Online by itself to keep people playing. I really don’t care about playing online with people, though. I’m not really any good at shooters, and even if GTA isn’t exactly an FPS, it’s still just not that much fun for me.

No worries. It’s still stupid expensive for a 1.5/3 year old game. I bought it on PS3 when it first came out and would probably get it on the PC if it were like $20. But I did use that site when I got Just Cause 3 a couple of months ago. $30 when Steam had it for $60.

When games go on sale on Steam, sometimes places buy tons and tons of keys to sell later on when it goes back to full price. Here's a site that keeps track of how much it's selling for at a bunch of those sites: https://isthereanydeal.com/#/search:grand…

Just to confirm, after he made a joke about her getting fucked in the ass a bunch, she’s in the wrong for making a joke about how she doesn’t want to have sex with him? And she should lose her job for defending herself? I don’t think that’s right.
