I’m still holding out for Halloween 3 2.
I’m still holding out for Halloween 3 2.
Why should it matter?
To balance it, they should also look at the complications of not getting an abortion. “This could be your mother, sister, or friend.”
Michael Pena is a Scientologist! So disappointing.
It’s rural Texas, man. She’s probably head of the School Board and the local biology teacher.
Which is disgusting on so many levels.
Not to be pedantic but I’m surprised this post frames ADW as a “millennial” show. I’m latter Gen-X and I was really young when this aired, and my decisively Gen X sister (born 1970) was in college at the same time as the characters. If anything, this is a Gen X show, not Millennial.
How long before the move to ban birth control starts. It will (obviously) start with the pill (assuming that hasn’t already happened - it’s hard to keep up). Then it’ll move onto IUDs, injections, condoms etc. Before long, you’ll only be left with the rhythm method.
Man, this is bringing back memories. Sheltered suburban white kid here was having crushes on Lisa Bonet, Cree Summer and Jasmine Guy all at the same time.
Loved, loved, loved this show as a little white boy. It made college look so cool and fun... Especially the intro where it goes through the library and quad and you see the marching band and all that. Classic.
1) Dwayne Wayne’s flip up sunglasses were the coolest thing in 1987.
Isn’t “F*ck it, I’ll Kill Us All!” the Republican party platform these days?
I don’t deny that Jordan Peterson is a steaming bag of crap, but the title “King of Incels” is an EXTREMELY competitive category. Let’s not award it so lightly.
Your notifications deserve to be set on fire for the idea that “Jordan Peterson can tell you how to be a good man.” He’s a bigoted, misogynistic hack. (https://www.theguardian.com/science/2018/feb/07/how-dangerous-is-jordan-b-peterson-the-rightwing-professor-who-hit-a-hornets-nest).
Eh. Plenty of interesting stuff being made outside franchise hell.
(jerkoff motions)
Yep, I was one of apparently five people who really liked The Last Jedi and thought it brought some fresh and interesting ideas to the Star Wars mythos. In fact, after The Last Jedi I was actually excited to see what sort of follow-through those ideas would get in The Force Awakens....And we all remember how that…
He’s not wrong. The one time a mainline Star Wars entry tried to do anything different the “fans” attacked it so much Disney put out the most generic followup you could think of and hasn’t done anything risky since.
Well, why not? Apparently a man getting his feelings hurt because someone said something true is grounds for giving that man tens of millions of dollars now.
