I wouldn't have done it if I knew I had a 200GB cap. The cap details are hidden away on an orphaned page on their site. They don't tell you about it until you exceed it.

I've hit Cox's 200GB cap before, by downloading six seasons of a show in 720p (12GB each) and seeding them to 2.0. My bandwidth that month was 293GB.
