I wasn't as much of a fan of Nightwing's storyline, mostly because that last scene rendered it pointless. I'd much rather have his detective work leading to him knowing Blue was a traitor secretly, rather than him finding it out at the same time as when the Reach makes it pretty obvious anyways.

Most likely the team does get captured. The episode after next is supposed to have the Runaways go "behind enemy lines" to rescue the team.

I think they'll either stick with Stormwatch despite the sales or replace it with Authority, but not get rid of the team outright. They're obviously desperate to make the Wildstorm ideas stick and they still haven't gotten around to telling the Daemonites story that they clearly wanted to when they randomly inserted

The plot was never ground breaking, but the prelude was a great family story with some good character beats. The book basically went off the rails when they switched the focus away from the family to the convoluted plot.

You realize that there are people who work professionally as hosts/hostesses right? And you realize that those people do not usually own the restaurant they work at, same as Air hostesses don't own the planes they serve on?

Your sales figures ignore trade waiting and digital, both of which are increasingly significant to the industry.

Because they either haven't decided whether Unique is a transsexual or a drag queen, or more likely, do not realize the massive difference between the two. Unique is basically a transsexual only in a very theoretical way, but her aesthetics and personality are firmly drag queen. My guess is Ryan Murphy wanted to do

I feel like I should say something less obvious than buttplug…

Counterpoint. A movie that seeks to be mainstream and still have something meaningful to say about the subject matter that Django Unchained or Inglorious Basterds dealt would necessarily have to be exploitative.
There are certain sordid details about collective human history that our society puts a lot of effort into

Santana alone had some focus on her sexuality, but brittany was not in on that conversation. Thats a problem. The focus was on Santana as an object through which moral lessons could be imparted. She had no agency, she just had to sit there and be sung at.
Furthermore, neither of the two gay relationships have ever been

So was that a Patton Oswalt cameo complaining about improv everywhere during the wheelie?

My head canon can't decide between Scott stealing Cap's teddy or Pixie and Squirrel Girl playing with magic clay as being the real reason behind AvX.

I'm curious about the criteria used to select the pick of the week. Avengers v/s X men 12 seemed like an obvious choice. I was looking forward to your take on Marvel's aggravating misunderstanding of moral culpability and punishment.

Le Guin really should have been a Possible Gateway for a broader article on where to start with Feminist Fantasy.
