Maybe, but I’m also someone who was told by their doctor that they were clinically obese and I had to loose 40lbs. I’m about 25lbs lighter now, 15 to go. I wasn’t offended, I knew I was too fat for my own personal expectations.

There actually is a really good episode there centered around the right to choose and parental consent to abortion, etc. Yes, there is a demon part but Michael Ian Black is involved here so just know it's pretty silly and clearly so
omg, this part of review is so wrong, I can’t even not laugh on that. Watch the show yourself, and then read this review again. It is pathetic, how reviewer hated this show and watched it in full without actually understanding what was going on the screen.
she did not kill the homeless guy, she just wished he died and he coincidentally got a heart attack. watch properly, before you make reviews.
The show is amazing and complex, touches many issues, and you seem to have literally watched just a trailer and based your opinion on that.
Preach! I really don’t get the hate for the show. I’m two episodes in and I don’t see the fat shaming? What I’ve seen so far is a criticism of fat shaming? It’s a fucking satire and is NOT subtle about it either. As a fat girl in an extremely fat shaming society I completely understand the feeling of wanting to burn…
Spoiler alert: most TV/movies are based on statistically implausible scenarios.
I enjoyed what I’ve seen so far and I’m sick of people looking for satire to walk softly and be politically correct. Yes, being fat is painful and socially ostracizing, especially in highschool. And yes, girls and their mothers falsely accuse for various reasons. Refusing to turn over that rock doesn't make you…
Sadly a lot of topics are becoming taboo among a large portion of the internet. The AV Club is better in this regards but I think there is a strain of that in some of the writings. A few reviews I have seen have effectively said depicting overweight people being sad, ashamed, or otherwise taunted for their weight is…
And fuck art and artists, too, amirite?
