So, when I made the move to North Carolina, imagine my disappointment when a locally hyped favorite failed to deliver on its promise.

Carls. Jr.’s biscuits are the only ones I’ve ever had that aren’t bone dry, because they slather them in butter. Unfortunately, they don’t have the biscuit and gravy anymore, although Hardees still does. They also have a country fried steak biscuit, which also is great if you get it with the gravy.
I agree Hardees probably has the best biscuit of the bunch, but their sausage is beyond terrible. Their bacon is also kind of iffy if you’d rather go the BEC biscuit route.
That’s like growing up in El Paso but only eating Mexican at El Paso.
If you’re going to JitB you might as well go for their gold and get the Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger.
Ehh I don’t know, most 20+ season shows do have a lot of episodes that are boring or unnecessary. Rewatching 12 Monkeys recently makes me think that tight ~12 episode seasons are the way to go.
Some people just like to watch the world burn.
To me, this is even weirder than when we learned that Spielberg liked Michael Bay. So much of what Zach Snyder does looks like what Nolan is purposefully avoiding to do.
Stick a fork in the multiverse for sure. 4 major MCU projects have already covered it, only to be thoroughly outclassed in the public consciousness by Spider-Verse and EEAAO. It’s worn out, and I highly doubt Feige’s got something clever enough up his sleeve to revitalize it. The only thing the multiverse has left to…
“They felt betrayed by the company because they were promised they wouldn’t have to go through another shortened timeline after the release of their previous game, Call of Duty: Vanguard, which was made under a similarly constrained development cycle,”
But what this piece presupposes it, what if he didn’t?
I LOVED the SR reboot, and played the hell out of it, well over a hundred hours. Shrug. I thought it got unfairly dragged on by people that either didn’t really give it a chance or who had too firmly set expectations of what a SR game should be. Some of the responses to the game felt overly reactionary over bullshit…
Man, it’s too bad this happened AFTER the studio went under :/. That’s pretty cool though, that something like this can have such an effect on size of a player base.
lol “Junto”
I don’t get the hate about the voices. I mean sure they’re kind of bit odd, but among the arrangement of bouncy sound effects and jazzy soundtracks, they rather blend well and aren’t much of annoyance.
the flowers are cool and they are my friends. i will never silence them.
Mm-hmm. James Cameron loved Terminator Genisys and Dark Fate too.
I don’t know if authors have control of the “disable comments” toggle or if its just for Jim when he gets big mad, but if you do, I’d strongly consider utilizing it on this post.
Except, as the sony fanboys love to point out, microsoft is in third place. They are literally incapable of being a monopoly. The closest thing to a monoply in console gaming is sony who is able to deny games to the competition, even those they did not make, raise prices arbitrarily and do so with absolute impunity.
Why is it a ‘spectacular’ loss if he loses wing contests regularly, including fine in a row at this one?
