It’s great to know that I’m not the only one out there! Buffy was the game that compelled me to pick up an Xbox, shifting me away from being a PC gamer towards the console world. I’d love to see it make the backwards compatibility cut next-gen, as unrealistic as I’m sure that is with the whole licensing thing.

There’s been a lot of speculation that The Initiative is working on a new Perfect Dark game.  Dunno how much stock to put in that, but fingers crossed...!

If I could high-five you through my phone, I would.

The way it goes: keys are purchased with stolen credit cards, the keys are sold for a fraction of the going price on G2A, and the publisher is hit with significant chargeback fees to correct for the stolen cards (so not only are they not making any money, but they’re actually losing money).

About the most I could find is from the PS Blog, with no screenshots, no videos, and no nothin’:

And even within South Carolina, mustard isn’t dominant statewide. This is especially true Upstate, but I feel like most places I go have a choice of red, yellow, vinegar, and sometimes even white sauces.

I don’t know how widespread Dei Fratelli is, but my wife swears by this stuff.

My March list is on the slim side at the moment, but that’s okay since February was so loaded. The only thing I have pre-ordered at the moment is PEARS’ self-titled album.

I dunno, what Katie is saying reflects what I’ve seen in my very conservative extended family. Not the violence aspect so much, but practically all of ‘em go into conniption fits whenever there’s profanity in a movie or on TV. Maybe that’s more of a Southern thing, but it’s certainly pretty widespread in three

Fun fact! The voice of Sydney, the Dunkaroos kangaroo, is John Cameron Mitchell of Hedwig and the Angry Inch fame.

Thanks for the link. The Burgerim in my neck of the woods closed very shortly after opening — I never even got a chance to stop in! — and now I know why.

I’m definitely looking forward to Beach Bunny’s debut album and the new one from Sløtface.  I saw Ratboy live last year and loved them, and I need to finally get around to checking out their recorded music.

Favorite album no one else would possibly mention: “31313" by Silent Siren. An infectiously hooky sugar rush of kinda-sorta-not-really-pop-punk outta Japan.

I have two very different family members who literally just keep their TVs on and tuned to the Hallmark Channel (or is it the Hallmark Movie Channel?) every waking hour. It’s a combination of background noise and comfort food, and it’s more common than you’d think.

It looks so gorgeous that I’m disappointed it didn’t get an Ultra HD Blu-ray release. After “Twice Upon a Time” was lavished with the 4K/HDR treatment, I figured the season that followed would be a shoo-in, and yet...!

Proof that the Bad Place has tainted her, yes.

In my neck of the woods, I’m spoiled for choice when it comes to barbecue in particular. There are two places very close to my house that I’d point to as offering the absolute best BBQ I’ve ever had in my life. And just about every week, I wind up driving further out of the way to a BBQ joint that isn’t nearly that

If you’re not sick of further recommendations, I’m a fan of Frostie root beer.

I can only speak for myself, but that’s the case for me.  Mayo + chicken + bun.  I use their BBQ sauce for the waffle fries, though.

Exactly. I mean, take the sequence where Summer is pouring his heart out to her. Tom is so fascinated that he’s won she’s revealing things to him that she’s never told anyone before that he’s not paying the least bit of attention to what she’s actually saying. It’s baffling that anyone could see that and walk
