Exactly this. There was an incident in my hometown where the 80 year old driver had a history of driving problems. Had somebody said something or did something then it could have prevented a later tragedy.

I’m dealing with something similar right now with Embedded Windows. They’re locked down so they won’t accept the Windows Update, but somehow not locked down enough that they can get infected. The solution involves getting the OEM involved, but they ceased support once the check was cashed.
