By Pixar’s absurdly high standards it looks bad. All CGI from the 90s looks bad now, unless it’s been remastered. Obviously it has aged far better than stuff like those early-2000s no-budget direct to DVD animated movies, but it’s obvious that the format has evolved since then.

Admittedly, the first Toy Story has aged really poorly. The mid 90s CGI really shows its age and takes you out of it. It’s in no way bad and I’d rank it higher if only for importance (if the film had tanked, there would be no more Pixar movies to list).
