I don’t know of any with a user friendly user interface. Are there some I’ve missed?

Taming animals would add tons of depth to a game like this.
The difference isn’t that extreme. My point was that years of effort is years of effort and years of effort creating an original game, to me, would feel far more rewarding.
I don’t see how any of that would change between making a fan game and making an original game. It would be self published and there would be no deadlines. If anything, I would think a fan game would be more stressful since you’re living in fear of a cease and desist.
Some, yes. But some of these mods are quickly approaching the level of effort involved in making a new game.
I’ve never really understood why people make these expansive mods, or why people make fan games, when they could put all that time and effort into making an original game they could actually sell.
I’ve played it and I don’t get why it’s so popular. Game-wise, it’s a mediocre RPG with a novelty bullet hell mechanic that isn’t very fun. It has a few cleaver moments, but overall the battles require very little strategy. Story-wise, I think it appeals to a very specific demographic. A lot of the game’s most vocal…
I agree with a lot of this. As someone in his 30’s, this game felt like a 13 year old’s interpretation of deep and meaningful.
Except LBP has one fatal flaw: it’s a shitty platformer.
From a technical perspective, they’re as radically different as Kinect’s skeletal tracking and pressing a button.
I’ve played through this game twice and I still can’t figure out why people are so in love with it. I mean, it’s definitely not a bad game, but when people say things like “it’s the best game ever made” I feel like I’m in an episode of the Twilight Zone where everyone is under some sort of mind control.
It’s deep, man. So deep.
There’s a massive difference between reading raw microphone data and voice recognition that uses machine learning.
Dude, you’re calling a guy who spent years working nights and weekends “lazy” for not risking his livelihood to hire an artist.
That’s how it looks with the mod. I wouldn’t call it “cat vomit.”
I don’t know what more you want from me, I even put the key word inside asterisks. If that it’s enough, I can’t help you, sorry.
You’ve also completely missed the point.
I still have my old games, and old consoles. And even if you don’t have an old console, they’re fairly easy to get your hands on.
What the hell are you talking about? I said OP missed the point, whether I think it’s fiction or not is completely unrelated.
Sadly, that’s only slightly more ridiculous than the actual show.
