@lovelyivy84: It was all kinds of awesome wasn't it? My tivo cut off the first 5 minutes or so, so I missed what — I guess (Er... Spoilers) — was Tess saying farewell to Carter.

I liked the characters - the spunky go-get-'em FBI agent, the "tough guy" local cop, the quirky / creepy low life and the tandem bike riding newspaper folks - but the plot, eh. It was kinda like soft serve ice cream.
